Challenges

  • One of our north-European customers doesn’t want to have any folding pleatson the clothing when they receive the goods.
  • we can not hang it in the hanging containers due to the small qty.
  • The customer wants us to sort the clothes store by store.
 
 

Actions

  • we developed the hang cartons as below. In order to ensure that the hangers and metal poles will not fall off during the transportation of the cartons, all our hanging cartons have been tested and must be able to bear the weight of 200 KG.
  • each polybag for 1pc and another extra bigger polybag for a store, add the store name outside the bigger polybag.

Results

  • Garments are received pleats-free, cutting ironing costs and speeding time to launch on the market
  • Through this cooperation, the customer perfectly solved his problem and praised our service, making us their partner rather than an ordinary supplier.
