To embark on the exciting journey of creating your brand, here are the key requirements and important details to consider:
Your logos in vector file formats such as .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF.
Tech packs, or if those are unavailable, at least 3 high-resolution reference images in different views or sketches.
All files for print, embroidery, notions, and packaging must be in vector file format, with dimensions clearly stated.
A size chart with garment measurements for each design. Note that body measurements cannot be used.
Use our current in-stock inventory, add your logo, and customize the sizing as needed. No additional items required.

Let’s take T-shirts as an example. Usually, customer orders range from 500 to 1,000 pieces, and the price ranges from US$3,500 to US$7,000.
Minimum order quantity for designs are 200 pieces per colors, minimum 200 pieces per order.
For customized fabrics, due to different development of fabrics, the minimum order starts from 500 meters to 1000 meters per fabric type.
According to the minimum order quantity, it will take 5 days to add logo and size adjustment to the spot goods. In terms of customization: it usually takes 15 days to complete using stock fabrics, and 25 days to complete customized fabrics.
Delivery times are calculated based on our estimated time from the date production begins to completion.
Depending on the customer’s budget, we provide different transportation options, DHL Fedex UPS sea transportation road, rail transportation.
For orders weighing more than 100kg/500 pieces, we recommend shipping by sea.
Please note that delivery times vary depending on delivery location and sea shipping takes longer than air shipping.
After you submit your inquiry, our sales team will immediately research and discuss your project, and will request that you provide detailed documentation of your corresponding requirements.
Once we receive the content you have submitted, whether it is for in-stock or customized projects, we will provide you a quote as soon as we have completed the calculation.
If you do not have a technical package, we can draft and design one for you. We will confirm the contents of the technical package with you in detail before making samples.
Once you accept the quotation and make the sample payment, we will commence the procurement process, sourcing suitable fabrics and accessories, and send them to you for selection.
During the purchasing process, our design team will help you finalize details and double-check your technology package,
After that,we will proceed to making samples for your review and approval.
Once you receive and are satisfied with the samples, we will commence mass production upon receiving the initial deposit for the bulk order.
During the mass production process and through completion, our quality control team will inspect the products throughout to ensure any issues that have arisen or may potentially arise can be addressed before the delivery deadline.
For the final step, we will assist you with handling the shipping documentation and arrange for your products to be delivered to your doorstep. In the meantime, we will require you to pay the remaining balance prior to our shipment.
