Job Responsibilities:

1. Search for and reach out to clients, contact them via email or phone, communicate with clients to facilitate early order placement, and provide customer service.
2. Operate social media platforms to attract customer inquiries; training will be provided.
3. Follow up on existing customer orders.
4. Assist with other office duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Major in international trade, marketing, e-commerce, textiles, or a related field, with strong learning ability.
2. Interested in sales and customer development.
3. Possess a strong desire to earn money and an active, driven personality (those who prefer a passive or timid approach need not apply).
4. Associate’s degree or above, CET-4 or above English proficiency, with exceptional oral English skills being an exception.
5. Preference given to those with experience in international trade development or garment/accessories order handling.
