Support for Influencer Fashion Brands

In April 2022, a Danish influencer was introduced to us by one of our long-time clients. By August of the same year, her brand had generated $50,000 in revenue. By 2024, that number had grown to $500,000—and it’s still on a strong upward trajectory. CHALLENGES

Despite having a large following on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, she still faced several challenges: The products she sourced from local wholesalers had inconsistent quality, making it hard to control and risking her reputation in the long run. Selecting styles from multiple wholesalers consumed a lot of her time, and their business mindset meant they were unwilling to offer much support. Local suppliers had limited styles and high prices. She wanted to create her own brand but had no design experience. Her initial order volumes were low and couldn’t meet factory minimums. She had no experience with importing.

ACTIONS

Our design team created styles specifically tailored for her market, allowing her to choose from them and revise samples based on her comments. Together with her, we developed a custom production quality manual for her brand and strictly followed it. For in-stock styles she selected, the MOQ was just 1 piece. We added her own labels and hangtags to every garment. We provided professional photography services. We offered door-to-door logistics support.

RESULTS:

She built her own live-streaming team, trained the hosts, and sold products together with them. All she needed to focus on was marketing and content while we took care of everything behind the scenes. Our designers continuously provided her with fresh fashion inspiration, new designs, and styles, giving her a wide range of options. She maintained full control over her brand. She expanded her product line from apparel to bags, hats, and gifts all of which were sourced by our team based on our deep understanding of China’s strong supply chain and her specific quality requirements.
