GOTS Certified Algodão represents a sustainable alternative to BCI cotton, having achieved certificação from the Global Orgânico Textile Standard. GOTS is widely recognized as the world’s highest standard for textile processing involving organic fibers, incorporating ecological and social criteria that are independently verified across the entire textile supply chain. GOTS-certified products may encompass a range of categories, including fiber products, yarn, fabrics, clothes, home textiles, and more. These products are classified into two grades: ‘GOTS Organic’ (containing at least 95% organic fiber) and ‘GOTS Made with organic’ (containing at least 70% organic fiber).
