For our in-stock kidswear styles, the minimum order quantity is 1 piece. For custom-made kidswears, the minimum order quantity is 200 pieces per style and color. However, we may be able to accommodate smaller orders on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us for the latest promotional policies.
The lead time can vary depending on the size of the order. Generally, for orders under 5,000 pieces, we can complete the order fulfillment within 2 weeks after receiving the order and payment. This is just the production time for bulk orders. The pre-production work time, such as finalizing order details, sample making, revisions, and confirmations, will depend on the collaboration between both parties.
Yes, we provide volume-based discounts starting from orders of 1,000 pieces, typically between 1-5% off. For repeat customers, we can offer even more favorable discount rates.
We accept a variety of payment methods including T/T, credit card, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required upon placing the order, with the remaining balance due before shipment. For our frequent customers, we can accept a 30% deposit.
Absolutely, we have an in-house kidswear design team that can create customized kidswears according to your requirements. Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.
