<h2>Main floral printing methods</h2><h3>Digital pigment or reactive printing</h3><p>Digital printing is suitable for detailed artwork, many colours and lower development quantities. Pigment systems can work across several fibre types, while reactive printing is commonly used on cellulosic fibres for a softer hand and strong colour when processing is controlled.</p>
<h3>Rotary screen printing</h3><p>Rotary screens are efficient for larger runs and repeating patterns. Each colour usually requires separation and screen preparation, so setup cost and minimum quantity increase with colour count and design complexity.</p>

<p>Stretch the approval sample to the expected wearing extension. Check whether pale unprinted areas become visible, motifs distort, colours lighten or the print surface cracks.</p>
<h2>Strike-off approval before bulk</h2><p>A strike-off is a small printed sample used to approve colour, scale and print quality.
