Nossa f\u00e1brica n\u00e3o emprega trabalhadores menores de 16 anos e pagamos o sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo local como sal\u00e1rio base. Dentro de uma jornada de trabalho fixa, os trabalhadores s\u00e3o remunerados por produ\u00e7\u00e3o, ganhando mais conforme a produtividade aumenta.<\/p>

N\u00e3o h\u00e1 trabalho for\u00e7ado em nossa f\u00e1brica, o que significa que ningu\u00e9m \u00e9 obrigado a fazer horas extras contra a sua vontade. Caso fa\u00e7am horas extras, receber\u00e3o pagamento adicional por isso.<\/p>

As instala\u00e7\u00f5es de produ\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o equipadas com ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o e instala\u00e7\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias adequadas, e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e os equipamentos s\u00e3o os mais seguros poss\u00edveis para evitar acidentes de trabalho.<\/p>

Por exemplo:
Seguran\u00e7a dos equipamentos: Elaboramos manuais de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos equipamentos (incluindo medidas de gest\u00e3o para fun\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas, como o uso de luvas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e m\u00e1scaras), oferecemos treinamento aos funcion\u00e1rios e permitimos que apenas pessoal qualificado opere os equipamentos com seguran\u00e7a.
Seguran\u00e7a el\u00e9trica: Inspecionamos regularmente as instala\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9tricas e resolvemos prontamente quaisquer problemas relacionados a equipamentos el\u00e9tricos antigos.
Seguran\u00e7a contra inc\u00eandio: Instalamos um extintor de inc\u00eandio a cada 10 metros na \u00e1rea da f\u00e1brica, organizamos treinamentos regulares de seguran\u00e7a contra inc\u00eandio para os funcion\u00e1rios e designamos um respons\u00e1vel pela seguran\u00e7a contra inc\u00eandio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
