Het meetlint moet langs de meest prominente punten van de borstkas lopen, aan de zijkant \u2013 onder de oksels \u2013 en de schouderbladen van achteren omvatten.<\/p>\n

Meet horizontaal op het smalste punt van de taille. Het meetlint moet tijdens het meten strak (maar zonder spanning) tegen het lichaam aanliggen.<\/p>\n
