Voel je je gefrustreerd als je een winkelcentrum binnenloopt en rekken vol met kleren<\/a> Stof verzamelen? Dat is precies wat er met mij gebeurde \u2013 en dat bracht me ertoe om uit te zoeken waarom veel modezaken in winkelcentra artikelen blijven verkopen die gewoon niet aanslaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kortom: veel winkelcentrumwinkels<\/a> Uiteindelijk verkopen ze kleding die niemand koopt vanwege overproductie, slechte trendvoorspellingen, een verkeerde doelgroep en ineffici\u00ebnte voorraadstrategie\u00ebn.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Waarom wordt kleding in winkels niet verkocht?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Het eerste probleem is overproductie<\/strong>. Veel retailers zetten in op grote bestellingen - met als doel schaalvoordelen te behalen, ambitieuze seizoensdoelen te halen of lage kosten per eenheid vast te leggen. Maar als de vraag wordt overschat of het ontwerp niet aan de verwachtingen voldoet, zitten retailers met een enorme onverkochte voorraad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De volgende is trendmatch en kwaliteitsproblemen<\/strong>. Zelfs als iets er tijdens het ontwerp \u201con trend\u201d uitziet, verandert de smaak van de consument snel. Als een winkel verouderde silhouetten, slechte materialen of het verkeerde prijspunt aanbiedt, zijn de artikelen gewoon niet aantrekkelijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Er is ook nog de kwestie van voorraadbeheer en kortingsstrategie\u00ebn<\/strong>. Als items niet voor de volle prijs worden verkocht, kunnen ze blijven zitten, flink worden afgeprijsd of uiteindelijk worden weggedaan (in plaats van effici\u00ebnt te worden overgedragen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Lease en druk op vaste kosten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Winkeliers in winkelcentra werken vaak met grote huurcontracten, overheadkosten, personeelskosten, enz. Om winkelruimte te vullen, bestellen ze grote volumes. De kosten van lege ruimte zijn hoog, dus houden ze de voorraad op voorraad, zelfs als die niet snel in beweging komt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Logica voor verliezen en proefvoorraden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Soms dienen artikelen als \u201cvulvoorraad\u201d of als lokkertjes om bezoekers aan te trekken. De hoop is dat klanten die binnenlopen artikelen met een hogere marge kopen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Onverkochte artikelen worden vaak doorgegeven aan outlets of liquidators. Maar winkels in winkelcentra stellen ze nog steeds tentoon in de hoop de verkoop te redden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
