La nostra fabbrica non impiega lavoratori di et\u00e0 inferiore ai 16 anni e applichiamo il salario minimo locale come salario base. Nell'ambito di un orario di lavoro fisso, i lavoratori sono retribuiti a cottimo, guadagnando di pi\u00f9 in base all'aumento della produttivit\u00e0.<\/p>

Nella nostra fabbrica non esiste lavoro forzato, il che significa che nessuno \u00e8 costretto a fare straordinari contro la propria volont\u00e0. Se dovessero fare straordinari, riceverebbero una retribuzione aggiuntiva.<\/p>

Gli impianti di produzione sono dotati di illuminazione e servizi igienici adeguati, e le condizioni di lavoro e le attrezzature sono il pi\u00f9 possibile sicure per prevenire infortuni sul lavoro.<\/p>

Per esempio:
Sicurezza delle attrezzature: abbiamo redatto manuali per l'uso delle attrezzature (ad esempio misure di gestione per posizioni speciali, come l'uso di guanti di ferro e maschere protettive), forniamo formazione ai dipendenti e consentiamo solo a personale qualificato di utilizzare le attrezzature in sicurezza.
Sicurezza elettrica: ispezioniamo regolarmente gli impianti elettrici e risolviamo tempestivamente eventuali problemi legati all'invecchiamento delle apparecchiature elettriche.
Sicurezza antincendio: posizioniamo un estintore ogni 10 metri nell'area dello stabilimento, organizziamo regolarmente corsi di formazione sulla sicurezza antincendio per i dipendenti e designiamo personale responsabile della sicurezza antincendio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
