Notre usine n'emploie aucun travailleur de moins de 16 ans et applique le salaire minimum local comme salaire de base. Dans le cadre d'un horaire de travail fixe, les travailleurs sont r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce, ce qui leur permet d'augmenter leur salaire en fonction de leur productivit\u00e9.<\/p>

Il n'y a pas de travail forc\u00e9 dans notre usine, ce qui signifie que personne n'est contraint d'effectuer des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires contre son gr\u00e9. S'ils effectuent des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires, ils recevront une majoration de salaire.<\/p>

Les installations de production sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es d'un \u00e9clairage et d'installations sanitaires appropri\u00e9s, et les conditions et \u00e9quipements de travail sont aussi s\u00fbrs que possible pour pr\u00e9venir les blessures li\u00e9es au travail.<\/p>

Par exemple:
S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements : Nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 des manuels d'utilisation des \u00e9quipements (tels que des mesures de gestion pour les postes sp\u00e9ciaux, comme le port de gants de fer et de masques de protection), nous assurons la formation des employ\u00e9s et nous n'autorisons que le personnel qualifi\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser l'\u00e9quipement en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
S\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique : Nous inspectons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les installations \u00e9lectriques et traitons rapidement tout probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 au vieillissement des \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques.
S\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie : Nous pla\u00e7ons un extincteur tous les 10 m\u00e8tres dans la zone de l'usine, organisons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des formations sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie pour les employ\u00e9s et d\u00e9signons le personnel responsable de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
